اِحمَدوا اللَهَ كَثيراً

اِحمَدوا اللَهَ كَثيراً

يا جَميعَ المُسلِمينا

يا جَميعَ المُسلِمينا

Praise God abundantly,

Praise Allah abundantly

Praise Allah with abundant praise,

O all you Muslims.

O all Muslims

O gathering of Muslims all,

ثُمَّ قولوا لا تَمَلّوا

ثُمَّ قولوا لا تَمَلّوا

رَبَّنا أَبقِ الأَمينا

رَبَّنا أَبقِ الأَمينا

Then say—do not grow weary—

Then say, do not grow weary

Then say, and never weary:

Our Lord, preserve al-Amin.

Our Lord keep safe the faithful

"Our Lord, preserve Al-Amin!"

صَبَّرَ الخِصيانَ حَتّى

صَبَّرَ الخِصيانَ حَتّى

جَعَلَ التَصبيرَ دينا

جَعَلَ التَصبيرَ دينا

He gave patience to the castrated until

He mounted the eunuchs until

He made sodomy a religion.

He made endurance a faith

He made this mounting a religion,

فَاِقتَدى الناسُ جَميعاً

فَاِقتَدى الناسُ جَميعاً

بِأَميرِ المُؤمِنينا

بِأَميرِ المُؤمِنينا

So all the people followed the example

So all the people followed

So all the people followed suit,

Of the Commander of the Faithful.
