ويا جامع الأجزاء تأليف متقن

وحكمة مختار لفعل الطبيعة

And O Gatherer of the parts in a perfected composition,

and with a free chooser’s wisdom in nature’s workings,

ويا جامع الأجزاء بعد فنائها

معيداً لها عند انتشار الخليقة

And O Gatherer of the parts after their perishing,

restoring them when creation spreads forth,

ويا جامع الأجساد بعد انفصالها

وأرواحها عوداً لمبتدئية

And O Gatherer of bodies after their separation,

and their souls, returning to their initial state,

ويا جامع الأضداد جمعاً موفقاً

ويا جامع الأمثال بعد تشتتي

And O Gatherer of opposites in harmonious union,

And O Gatherer of like things after my dispersal,

ويا جامع الألباب جمع توادد

ليلطف بالتأليف بين الأحبة

And O Gatherer of minds in mutual affection,

that He may show kindness by bringing loved ones together,

ويا جامع الألباب من أوليائه

لتشهد منه مشهد العظمية

And O Gatherer of the minds of His devoted friends,

that they may witness His manifestation of majesty,

ويا جامع المظلوم والظالمين في

دار الجزا والفصل يوم القيامة

And O Gatherer of the wronged and the wrongdoers in

the abode of recompense and judgment on the Day of Resurrection,

الهي أكرمني بجمع الشريعة

وجمع طريق اللّه عند الحقيقة

My God, honor me by uniting the sacred Law

and the path of God in the Reality.

الهي بسر الجام اجمع لي الغنى

عن الخلق في نفسي وفي واجديتي

My God, by the mystery of the Gatherer [probable reading], gather for me independence

from created beings, in my soul and in my inward awareness.

وهب لي غنى مولاي بالحق جامعاً

لي الخير في الدارين واجمع تشتتي

And grant me sufficiency, my Master, through the Truth, gathering

for me good in both abodes, and gather my scattered self.

ويا جامعا لخيرات كيف أرادها

لمن شاءه اجمع لي جواً مع خيرتي

And O Gatherer of blessings, however He wills them,

for whomever He chooses; unite for me ardent longing [uncertain reading] with my choice.
