O you gathered here, invoke blessings upon the Guide:

Imam of the righteous, my treasure and my mainstay,
Leader of the righteous, my treasure, my mainstay.
طهTa-Ha المختارthe Chosen One شفيعِintercessor العبادِthe servants
طه المختار شفيعِ العبادِ
يناجينيhe speaks intimately to me ومنand from حوضهِhis pool نوردwe come to drink
يناجيني ومن حوضهِ نورد
Ṭā Hā, the Chosen One, intercessor for all humanity.
Ta-Ha, the Chosen One, intercessor for God's servants.
He communes with me, and from his Pool we shall drink.
He speaks intimately to me, and we come to drink from his pool.

الساكن في قلبي حبُّهُ يا كرام
حبُّكlove for you ياO محمدMuhammad أحرمنيdeprived me of المنامsleep
حبُّك يا محمد أحرمني المنام
His love dwells in my heart, O noble ones.
Love for him dwells in my heart, O noble ones.
Your love, O Muhammad, has deprived me of sleep.
Love for you, O Muhammad, has deprived me of sleep.
حرّمنيdeprived me of مناميmy sleep ودمعيand my tears يسيلflows
حرّمني منامي ودمعي يسيل
وشوقيand my longing دعانيcalled me وجسميand my body نحيلemaciated
وشوقي دعاني وجسمي نحيل
It has robbed me of sleep, and my tears stream down.
It has deprived me of my sleep, and my tears flow.
My longing has called me, and my body has grown gaunt.
And my longing has called me, and my body is emaciated.
داوِheal قلبيmy heart لأنيfor I am عليلill
داوِ قلبي لأني عليل
حبّكlove for you ياO محمدMuhammad أحرمنيdeprived me of المنامsleep
حبّك يا محمد أحرمني المنام
Heal my heart, for I am afflicted.
Heal my heart, for I am ill.
Your love, O Muhammad, has deprived me of sleep.
Love for you, O Muhammad, has deprived me of sleep.
