مَنwhoever لَمdoes not يُواسِكَsupport you فيin قَليلٍa little
مَن لَم يُواسِكَ في قَليلٍ
لَمdoes not يُواسِكَsupport you فيin كَثيرِmuch
لَم يُواسِكَ في كَثيرِ
Whoever does not support you in small matters
will not support you in great ones.
وَالحَقُّand duty يَلزَمُis binding فيin الكَثيرِmuch
وَالحَقُّ يَلزَمُ في الكَثيرِ
وَلَيسَand is not يَسقُطُlapsing فيin اليَسيرِa little
وَلَيسَ يَسقُطُ في اليَسيرِ
Duty is binding in great matters,
and does not lapse in small ones.
