Learn what you did not know, and you will live esteemed.

Learn what you don't know, you'll live praiseworthily,

And bind what you know in writing.

And write down what you learn in a book,

And add more vowel marks to what you have recorded of it,

And add to the form of what you've written down,

Or else it will escape the tethers of correctness.

Else, you'll be driven from wisdom and right.
