وَأَمضى عَلى الهَولِ مِن صارِمٍ

وَأَمضى عَلى الهَولِ مِن صارِمٍ

وَأَنجَحَ سَعياً مِنَ الدِرهَمِ

وَأَنجَحَ سَعياً مِنَ الدِرهَمِ

And more effective against peril than a keen-edged sword,

And more resolute in the face of terror than a keen sword,

And more successful in endeavor than the dirham.

And more successful in striving than the dirham.
