فَأُصبِحُ مَشهورَ المَكانِ كَأَنَّما

فَأُصبِحُ مَشهورَ المَكانِ كَأَنَّما

سَرى في جَبيني إِذ سَرى اللَيلَ كَوكَبُ

سَرى في جَبيني إِذ سَرى اللَيلَ كَوكَبُ

So I become conspicuous where I am, as though

a star had coursed across my forehead as it coursed by night.
