You sat, and Time rose to do your bidding.

You sat, and time passed as you wished,

And you slept, unconcerned with affairs, while good fortune kept vigil.

You slept, freed from toil, while diligence kept watch.

And you, to all the masters of noble deeds,

And for all noble souls,

Are a leader; even if they are absent, you are indeed present.

You are the leader, present even when absent.
