أصبحَ الدهرُ مسيئاً كلُّه

أصبحَ الدهرُ مسيئاً كلُّه

ما له إلا ابنُ يحيى حَسَنَه

ما له إلا ابنُ يحيى حَسَنَه

The age has grown wicked through and through;

Time has become wholly wicked;

its only goodness is Ibn Yaḥyā.

Its only good deed is the son of Yahya.
