O people, I have found my soul sufficient,
Oh people, I have become self-sufficient
needing nothing else, so I keep no one's company.
No longer needing others, I accompany no one
قَدindeed أرانيI see myself وَحدِيalone أَزيدI increase كَمالاًin perfection

Indeed, I find that alone I grow in perfection,
Alone I seem more perfect to myself
and whenever I keep your company, I grow more deficient.
When I accompany you, I only grow less
