راحَhe departed الرضيُّAl-Radi إِلىto روحٍrepose وَرُضوانand divine favor
راحَ الرضيُّ إِلى روحٍ وَرُضوان
فَليهنُهُso may it gladden him أَنthat غَداhe became جاراًa neighbor لرحمنِof the All-Merciful
فَليهنُهُ أَن غَدا جاراً لرحمنِ
Al-Raḍī has departed to repose and God’s good pleasure.
Al-Radi has departed to repose and divine favor.
May he rejoice that he has become a neighbor of the All-Merciful.
So may it gladden him that he has become a neighbor of the All-Merciful.
وافىhe reached الجنانَthe gardens of Paradise فوافاهاand he found them مُزخرفةًadorned
وافى الجنانَ فوافاها مُزخرفةً
يحفُّهُsurrounds him الأَهلُthe household مِنof حُورٍhouris وَوِلدانِand youths
يحفُّهُ الأَهلُ مِن حُورٍ وَوِلدانِ
He reached the gardens of Paradise and found them richly adorned;
He reached the gardens of Paradise and found them adorned.
his household surrounds him—houris and youths of Paradise.
His household of houris and youths surrounds him.
