  1. يا خير ركبٍ سلكوا طريقا

    ويمموا مكة والعقيقا

    O finest band of riders who have traveled a road,

    And headed for Mecca and al-Aqiq,

  2. وأطعموا ذا الكعك والسويقا

    والخشكنان اليابس الرقيقا

    And feed this man cakes and toasted-grain meal,

    And dry, thin khushkanan pastries.
