وَيَقولُ فِيَّ الحاسِدونَ تَكَذُّباً

وَيَقولُ فِيَّ الحاسِدونَ تَكَذُّباً

وَيُقالُ في المَحسودِ مالا يَفعَلُ

وَيُقالُ في المَحسودِ مالا يَفعَلُ

And the envious speak falsely of me;

And the envied man is said to do what he does not.

يَتَطَلَّبونَ إِساءَتي لاذِمَّتي

يَتَطَلَّبونَ إِساءَتي لاذِمَّتي

إِنَّ الحَسودَ بِما يَسوءُ مُوَكَّلُ

إِنَّ الحَسودَ بِما يَسوءُ مُوَكَّلُ

They seek out my wrongdoing, not my integrity;

Indeed, the envious man is intent on whatever causes harm.
