لِطَيرَتيbecause of my foreboding بِالصُداعِabout the headache نالَتit reached
لِطَيرَتي بِالصُداعِ نالَت
فَوقَbeyond مَنالِthe reach of الصُداعِthe headache مِنّيfrom me
فَوقَ مَنالِ الصُداعِ مِنّي
Because of my foreboding about the headache, its harm reached
My headache from a headache gained
Beyond what the headache itself could inflict on me.
Above my headache's reach, from me
وَجَدتُI found فيهِin it اِتِّفاقَa coincidence of سوءٍevil
وَجَدتُ فيهِ اِتِّفاقَ سوءٍ
صَدَّعَنيsplit me apart مِثلُa likeness of صَدِّturning away عَنّيfrom me
صَدَّعَني مِثلُ صَدِّ عَنّي
I found in it an ominous coincidence:
In it, bad concord I obtained
A likeness to being shunned split me apart.
It pained me like repelling me
