فَبَالَso may he urinate عليكِon you شَيطانٌa devil رَجيمُaccursed
فَبَالَ عليكِ شَيطانٌ رَجيمُ
You soaked my robe while it was on me—may no one greet you!
You wetted my robe as I wore it—may you never be blessed!
So may an accursed devil piss on you.
So may an accursed devil urinate on you!
فَماfor … not وَلَدَتكِshe bore you مَريَمُMary أُمُّmother عِيسىJesus

ولا رَبَّاكِ لُقمانُ الحَكِيمُ
For Mary, the mother of Jesus, did not give birth to you,
For Mary, the mother of Jesus, did not bear you,
nor did Luqman the Wise raise you.
Nor did Luqman the Wise raise you.

يَقُومُ بأمرِها بَعلٌ لَئيمُ
Rather, you were born to a wicked mother,
But you were indeed born to a wicked mother,
whose affairs a vile husband manages.
Whose affairs a vile husband oversees.
