اذا اتفقوا قمنا نصافح بعضنا

وَلَولا اتفاق الغرب لم يتفق شرق

وَلَولا اتفاق الغرب لم يتفق شرق

When they agree, we rise and shake hands with one another.

If they unite, we’ll stand to greet each other,

Were it not for the West’s agreement, the East would not agree.

and were it not for the West's agreement, the East would not agree.

Without the West’s accord, no East can speak.
