    البعد ينسى هواكم

    Let my enemies not suppose

That distance makes me forget my love for you.

My worry and distress would vanish,

And I recall the radiance of his cheek.

Even if only with a single glance.

    My happiness—nay, my delight—

Would be to gain a meeting with you.

    القلب فيك ماله

O full moon in its perfection,

My heart has inclined toward you.
