Leave your worries and trust in your Lord.

For everything that is yours will come to you.

Empty your heart for your almighty Master.

If you trust in Him, He will give to you.

Let not your sin drive you away from hope.

For His grace accepts you with all that is in you.

Whatever awaits you, my brother, concerning your sustenance,

is, by His decree, like your past.

I ask You, O my Lord, by Your sheer generosity,

to treat us as befits You.

For You are Lord, and the servants are Yours.

So what is the servant's state, and what is his deed?

And exalted indeed is Your glory, O Generous One.

And through You the order of all existence stands.

For the command is Your command, and all are Your creation.

For no reckoner can count Your favors.

Is there any lord to turn to, O God, besides You,

that we might turn to him for all we seek?

For the command in all existence is Your command.

For through You we came into being; then from You we came to be.

You are the mover of all that moves,

the One who stills what is still—so what is left to us?

And power is Your power, and all is Your possession.

You have no equal, no adversary who can rival You.

For the erring servant's nature is his sin,

and the all-forgiving Lord's nature is His generosity.

As for his distance in the expanse and his nearness,

You reveal this and restore that.

For the servant never has anyone but his Lord.

And every master's servants are in his care.

Far be it from You to neglect anyone who trusts in You,

or to disappoint, O Generous One, one who hopes in You.
