May my life and wealth, newly acquired and inherited,

With my soul and wealth from flow and birth,

And my family be your ransom, O sons of the Seal of the Messengers.

And my family, and you, O Seal of Messengers,

بحبكم ينجو من النار من نجا

بحبكم ينجو من النار من نجا

ويزكو لدى الله اليسير من الحمل

ويزكو لدى الله اليسير من الحمل

Whoever escapes the Fire does so through love for you.

Through love of you, he who survives is saved from the Fire,

And a small load grows in worth before God.

And the meager is purified before God from his burden,

أواصل من واصلتموه وانصب

أواصل من واصلتموه وانصب

وأقطع من قاطعتموه وإن وصل

وأقطع من قاطعتموه وإن وصل

I maintain ties with whomever you maintain ties with, and show enmity;

I join those you have joined, though I weary myself,

And I sever ties with whomever you sever ties with, even if he maintains them.

And I cut off those you have cut off, even if they reconcile,

عليه حياتي ما حييت وإن أمت

عليه حياتي ما حييت وإن أمت

فلست على شيء سوى ذاك أتكل

فلست على شيء سوى ذاك أتكل

On this I base my life as long as I live; and if I die,

While I live, my life is for him; and if I die,

I rely on nothing other than that.

Then I depend on nothing but that - it is my reliance.
