لأبي العيناءِ أولا

دٌ هُمُ في الناس آيهْ

دٌ هُمُ في الناس آيهْ

Abu al-ʿAynāʾ has children

For Abu al-Ayna first,

who are a wonder among people;

The people's care is a sign in him,

فأبو القوم سعيدٌ

فأبو القوم سعيدٌ

وأبو العيناء دايهْ

وأبو العيناء دايهْ

for their father is Saʿīd,

So the father of the people is happy,

and Abu al-ʿAynāʾ is the midwife.

And the father of anxiety is miserable.
