رَأَيتُ البَدرَ لِلشِعرَى شَريكا

I drank wine in Ramadan until

فَقالَ أَخي الدَيوكُ مُنادياتٌ

فَقالَ أَخي الدَيوكُ مُنادياتٌ

فَقُلتُ لَهُ وَما يُدري الدَيوكا

فَقُلتُ لَهُ وَما يُدري الدَيوكا

Then my brother said, “The roosters are calling.”

So I said to him, “And how would the roosters know?”
