You have made me an object of envy through your kindness.
I have made myself envied through kindness
You have made me the object of envy through your benevolence,
Were it not for your gifts, people would not envy me.
If not for your gifts, people would not envy me
For were it not for your gifts, the people would not envy me.

The poets who praise you echo what
The praising poets repeat what
The poets who praise you do nothing but echo what
I devised in your praise—and panegyrists are of many kinds.
You have perfected in yourself, though praisers are of different breeds
I have invented for you, and praisers are of many kinds.
ماnot سارspread مدحكpraise of you فيin الآفاقthe horizons مشتهراrenowned
إلاexcept كماjust as سارspread غيثrain منكfrom you رجاسthunderous
Praise of you has spread, renowned, across the horizons
Your praise did not spread through the horizons
Your praise has not journeyed renowned across the horizons,
only as a thunderous rain from you has spread.
Except as your rain spreads from you gently
Except just as a thunderous rainstorm from you has journeyed.

Each day, through the good fortune with which you are favored,
In every day you have graced me
Every day, by the prosperity uniquely granted to you,
humiliation and misery befall whoever opposes you.
For those hostile to you, despair and misery
There is humiliation and misery for those who oppose you.
