مَنwhoever دعاهُinvited him إخوانُهُhis brothers فتباطاthen he held back
مَن دعاهُ إخوانُهُ فتباطا
لاnot لِعُذْرٍfor an excuse عنهمُfrom them ففيهِthen in him [is a fault] وَفيهِand in him [is another]
لا لِعُذْرٍ عنهمُ ففيهِ وَفيهِ
Whoever is invited by his brothers and holds back,
Whoever his brothers called but he was slow to respond
from them without excuse—has this fault and that.
Not excusing himself to them, so shame on him, shame on him
