ماwhatever قضىhas decreed اللهGod كائنٌwill come to pass لاno محالَهْescape
ما قضى الله كائنٌ لا محالَهْ
والشَّقِيُّand the wretched one الذَّمِيمُthe blameworthy one مِنْhe who لامَblames حالَهْhis lot
والشَّقِيُّ الذَّمِيمُ مِنْ لامَ حالَهْ
Whatever God has decreed will inevitably come to pass.
What Allah decrees will inevitably come to pass
And the wretched, blameworthy one is he who blames his lot.
And wretched is he who laments over his state
