قلْ لذي العِزِّ والمَحَلِّ النِّبيهِ
لأبيto Abu رَوْحٍRawh الفَقيهِthe jurist الوَجيهِthe distinguished
لأبي رَوْحٍ الفَقيهِ الوَجيهِ
Say to the man of honor and eminent standing,
Tell the one of glory and high station, the prophet
To Abu Rawh, the distinguished jurist.
Of Abi Ruwh, the jurist, the eminent
