May I be your ransom! What you have bestowed is nothing new,
I have redeemed you, not for what you first bestowed
Nor is my gratitude for what you have bestowed anything new.
Nor my thanks for what you first bestowed

We are both goldsmiths: you fashion kindness
We both are artisans so you craft kindness
With which you adorn me, and I fashion gratitude.
Adorning me with it, and I craft thanks
