لوكانَif it were هذاthis الأمرُaffair عنfrom سائِسٍa ruler
لوكانَ هذا الأمرُ عن سائِسٍ
مَيَّزَhe would distinguish بينَbetween العَدْلِjustice والجَوْرِand injustice
مَيَّزَ بينَ العَدْلِ والجَوْرِ
If this affair were the work of a ruler,
If this matter were up to a wise leader
he would distinguish between justice and injustice.
Who could distinguish between justice and tyranny
لكِنَّهُbut it عنfrom فَلَكٍa celestial sphere أحمقٍِfoolish
لكِنَّهُ عن فَلَكٍ أحمقٍِ
يسوسُناgoverns us بالحُوتِthrough the Fish (Pisces) والثَّوْرِand the Bull (Taurus)
يسوسُنا بالحُوتِ والثَّوْرِ
But it is the work of a foolish celestial sphere
But it is up to a foolish sphere
that governs us through the Fish and the Bull.
That rules us by Pisces and Taurus
