Like the sun in radiance, but he has no flame.

Like rain in generosity, but his downpour is gold.

His promise is as sound as justice and divine unity.

What he gives is as abundant as unbelief and heresy.

When he gives, he seems to be hope itself.

When he defends, he seems to be dread itself.

By his sword, the soul of whoever opposes him is plundered.

Through his bounty, his wealth is plundered among the people.

His deeds are shining distinctions; his words are Qur'anic chapters.

His pens are swords; his counsels are shooting stars.
