One of blooming cheek, in whose eyes lies captivating contrast,
Whom glances almost wound with a look.

Whom glances nearly wound with their very gaze,

كأن خيلانه في حسن صفحته
كواكبstars كسفتwere eclipsed فيwithin دارةhalo القمرthe moon
كواكب كسفت في دارة القمر
It is as though his beauty spots upon his lovely cheek
As if his dimples in the beauty of his cheek
As though the beauty spots upon his radiant face
Were stars eclipsed within the moon’s halo.
