عَلَيكَyou must adhere بِأَوساطِto the middle courses of كُلِّall الأُمورِmatters
عَلَيكَ بِأَوساطِ كُلِّ الأُمورِ
وَعَدِّand turn away عَنِfrom الجانِبِthe side المُشتَبِهthe doubtful
وَعَدِّ عَنِ الجانِبِ المُشتَبِه
Keep to the middle course in all matters,
Stick with moderation in all affairs,
and turn away from the doubtful side.
And avoid dubious extremes.
