يَخوضُplunge أُناسٌsome people فيinto الكَلامِspeech لِيوجِزواso they may be concise
وَلَلصَمتُand indeed silence فيat بَعضِsome الأَحايِنِtimes أَوجَزُmore concise
Some people plunge into speech to be concise;
yet silence is, at times, more concise.
إِذاif كُنتَyou are عَنof أَنto تُحسِنَyou master الصَمتَsilence عاجِزاًincapable
فَأَنتَthen you عَنِof الإِبلاغِeloquent expression فيin القَولِspeech أَعجَزُstill less capable
If you are unable to master silence,
then you are still less able to speak eloquently.
