بهاthrough her شكلهاher form فاتعبدتso became enthralled دولةrealm of القلبthe heart
بها شكلها فاتعبدت دولة القلب
She was imprinted in the mirror of the heart, which effaced
She engraved herself in the heart's mirror,
her form through her; then the heart's realm became enthralled.
Erasing its form, so it worshipped her rule.
فقرتso was gladdened بهاby her عينthe eye of الضميرthe inner self وأصبحتand came to
فقرت بها عين الضمير وأصبحت
تشاهدهاbehold her بالطبعthrough the imprint فيin البعدdistance والقربand nearness
تشاهدها بالطبع في البعد والقرب
So the eye of the inner self was gladdened by her, and came
The eye of my conscience grew poor over her,
to behold her through the imprint, in distance and nearness.
And now beholds her in both far and near.
