ياO مشهداa shrine بجوارbeside ايوبAyyub ازدهىgrew resplendent
يا مشهدا بجوار ايوب ازدهى
منfrom قومناour people فلذscions العباthe cloak باثنينwith two
من قومنا فلذ العبا باثنين
O shrine that has grown resplendent beside Ayyub,
O scene by Job's side made radiant
With two of our people, scions of the Cloak.
Of two darling sons of our folk
دمremain مهبطa place of descent الرحماتthe mercies منfrom كبدthe heart of العلاthe heights
دم مهبط الرحمات من كبد العلا
وابهجand rejoice فقداfor indeed اصبحتyou have become ذاpossessor of النورينthe two lights
وابهج فقدا اصبحت ذا النورين
Remain a place where mercies descend from the heart of the heights,
Blood where mercies descend from the Highest's bosom
And rejoice, for you have become the bearer of the two lights.
Rejoice for loss is now endowed with two lights
