صفحاتهم سطر المذلة قد رقم
Indeed, a motley rabble has engaged in much bluster; upon
They have filled their pages with much pretense
their pages, the line of humiliation has been inscribed.
And lines of humiliation have been traced
تركواthey were left علىto تهويلهمtheir bluster لهوانهمbecause of their insignificance
تركوا على تهويلهم لهوانهم
وكذاand likewise الذبابthe fly لضعفbecause of the weakness of صورتهits form سلمremained unharmed
وكذا الذباب لضعف صورته سلم
They were left to their bluster because of their insignificance;
In their pretense they have left it to their jesters
and likewise the fly remained unharmed because of its frail form.
Just as flies concede due to their weak image
