كالرجلlike the man لكاذبfor a liar (likely intended: 'the deceitful') فيin شأنهhis affairs
كالرجل لكاذب في شأنه
ملوثsullied القلبthe heart نقيclean الثيابthe clothes
ملوث القلب نقي الثياب
like a man deceitful in his affairs,
Like a liar in his affairs,
with a sullied heart but clean clothes.
Whose heart is unclean though his clothes are pure.
