with the messages, and conveyed them.

Lord, I am a bearer of sin,

wallowing in the dust at Your door.

within which mercy is lavished.

And reward my heart with steadfastness;

may patience be poured into it.

مرتجيه لن يزيغ

You, O Lord, are generous;

whoever hopes in Him will not stray.

باطل النفس تمادى

فعسى بالحق يدمغ

فعسى بالحق يدمغ

The soul's falsehood has gone too far;

so may it be crushed by truth.
