خافfeared الحبيبthe beloved منfrom العذولthe reproacher وزورهand his falsehood
خاف الحبيب من العذول وزوره
ومنand from الرقيبthe watcher وظلمand the oppression of طائفةa band of الحسدenvy
ومن الرقيب وظلم طائفة الحسد
The beloved feared the reproacher and his falsehood,
and the watcher and the oppression of the envious band.
خابواthey failed بإذنby permission of اللَهGod إنindeed اللَهGod للfor the
خابوا بإذن اللَه إن اللَه لل
عبدservant التقيpious مظاهرa supporter ببدby dispensing المددaid
عبد التقي مظاهر ببد المدد
They failed by God's leave; indeed, God is, for the
pious servant, a supporter who dispenses aid.
