Linked with the branch in noble deeds,

He attained the highest ranks through his lineage

Of ‘Ali’s lineage, lofty, firm in foundation.

A lofty Alawite, sturdy of foundation

فهما بهجتي ومعراج قربي

للمعالي ومفخري في الناس

للمعالي ومفخري في الناس

For both are my joy and the stairway that brings me near

For he is my joy and my ascension

To lofty heights, and my pride among people.

To the most sublime, my pride among people
