للَه لطف سر برهانه
يدفعwards off عنfrom قلبthe heart الحزينthe sorrowful one الحرجdistress
يدفع عن قلب الحزين الحرج
God has a kindness whose proof is a secret;
God's secret grace has proof
it wards distress away from the sorrowful one's heart.
It lifts the troubled heart's distress
يبعثsends forth منfrom ألطافهHis acts of kindness رحمةًmercy
يبعث من ألطافه رحمةً
عندat أشدgreatest الاحتياجthe need الفرجrelief
عند أشد الاحتياج الفرج
From His acts of kindness He sends a mercy:
He sends mercy from His grace
relief at the time of greatest need.
Deliverance comes in utmost need
