أقسمتُ لا يثني لواءْ

عن صاحب الحوض واللواء

عن صاحب الحوض واللواء

I swore: no banner shall turn me aside

from the master of the Pool and the Banner:

محمدْ أشرقُ البرايا

محمدْ أشرقُ البرايا

وقبلَةُ الحق للدعاءْ

وقبلَةُ الحق للدعاءْ

Muhammad, the most radiant of creation,

and the qibla of Truth for supplication.

أمناؤه أنبأت بصدقٍ

أمناؤه أنبأت بصدقٍ

بأنه خيرُ الأنبياء

بأنه خيرُ الأنبياء

His trusted ones have truthfully declared

that he is the best of the prophets.

أشارَ للبدرِ بانقسام

أشارَ للبدرِ بانقسام

فانقسمَ البدرُ في السماء

فانقسمَ البدرُ في السماء

He signaled to the full moon to split,

so the full moon split in the sky.
