O torments of al-Rundi,

O torments of the messenger,

The secret of existence is with me,

And the lovers are my army,

And the lovers are my soldiers,

With Zaynab and Hind.

يا صاحبَ الاشاره

ارفعْ لنا الستاره

ارفعْ لنا الستاره

O master of allusion,

O owner of the sign,

Lift the curtain for us,

Raise for us the curtain,

وحققْ العباره

وحققْ العباره

بسر نَقشٍ نبدي

بسر نَقشٍ نبدي

And make the expression true,

And fulfill the expression,

Through the secret of an inscription we reveal.

With the secret engraving we begin.
