Men regard noble deeds as voluntary acts,
Men count honorable deeds as extra credit
Men count noble deeds as voluntary virtues,
yet for Abd al-Ghani they are obligations.
While for Abd al-Ghani they are obligations
Yet upon Abdul-Ghani they are binding obligations.

A youth of glory: as for lofty honors founded upon piety,
O youth of glory, as for greatness built on piety
A youth of glory—as for heights founded on piety,
he is a builder; and as for the unruly, a tamer.
Some is clear, and some remains a mystery
He is a builder, and of difficulties, a tamer.
