صارَ سِرّي علانِيَهْ

Though I conceal my love,

Even if I have concealed my love, still

If I concealed my passion, then indeed

my secret has become manifest—

my secret has become public,

My secret has become open for all to see,

لسقاَمٍ أَذابَنِي

لسقاَمٍ أَذابَنِي

وشُحوبٍ عَلانِيَهْ

وشُحوبٍ عَلانِيَهْ

through an illness that has wasted me

because of a sickness that has melted me away

Due to an illness that has melted me away,

and a pallor plainly visible.

and a pallor that has overspread me.

And a pallor that has overcome me.
