إِلَى اللهِ أَكُفِّى مَا أََنَا بِهِ مُوجَعُ
At Abū Maymūna’s gate I humbly plead
At the door of Abi Maymuna I plead
At the door of Abu Maimunah, I humbly plead,
To God, that I may be spared what afflicts me.
To God I show what ails me, nothing more
To God, that I may be spared from what causes me pain.

My refuge is Darrās ibn Ismāʿīl, whose wafting
My refuge, son of Ishmael, Darraas, whose fragrance
My refuge is Ibn Isma'il, Darras, for whoever stumbles,
Fragrance of hopes spreads from his grave.
Pervades his tomb, exuding a delicate scent
The fragrance of hopes wafts from his tomb.
