A mountain whose summits are cloaked in fragrant plants.
A mountain whose peaks are crowned with sweet basil,
May God grant its inhabitants enjoyment for a time,
May God bless its dwellers for times to come,
وَحَمَاهُمْand may He protect them مِنْfrom كُلِّevery سُوءٍharm وَأَبْقَاand may He keep

And protect them from every harm, and keep
And protect them from every evil, and preserve
Them as havens where the poor seek refuge.
Them as sheltering caves where the destitute seek refuge.

The lofty peaks stood beneath it,
The towering peaks stood before it in profound
In reverence for it, since it has the dignity of sultans.
Reverence, for it holds the majesty of sultans.

The heart of whoever sees it brims with joy,
The heart of whoever beholds it is filled with joy,
And the boughs lower to him what he desires.
And the branches bend low to offer him his desires.
