What keeps this world's companion from renunciation is that

she has a strut she performs at every turn.

When her spring unveils her in the gardens,

her fluttering delights the eyes of onlookers.

And another, when her fruits ripen,

and her fringes grow tender and her autumn sweet.

It appears to us in two adornments, both alike:

when it spurs desires onward, their gallop quickens.
