يجودُ البخيلُ إذا ما رآكَ
ويسطوand attacks الجبانُthe coward إذاwhen عاينَكْhe beholds you
ويسطو الجبانُ إذا عاينَكْ
The miser gives generously when he sees you.
The miser is generous when he sees you,
And the coward attacks when he beholds you.
And the coward is bold when he beholds you.
