أرىI see رجالاًmen قدindeed خُوِّلواwere granted نِعَماًblessings
أرى رجالاً قد خُوِّلوا نِعَماً
فيin خفةlightness الحلمjudgment كالعصافيرِlike sparrows
في خفة الحلم كالعصافيرِ
I see men who have been granted blessings,
I see men who are granted blessings
As flighty in judgment as sparrows.
With light dreams like little birds
تباركblessed be اللّهGod كيفhow يرزقهمHe provides for them
تبارك اللّه كيف يرزقهم
لكنهbut He رازقprovider of الخنازيرswine
لكنه رازق الخنازير
Blessed be God! How does He provide for them?
Blessed is Allah, see how He provides for them
But He is the provider of swine.
Yet He provides also for swine
