قَلَّم أيضاً من صَياصِيهِ
A boor, whenever he clips his nails,
When a surgeon trims his nails
also clips some of his horns.
He trims his enemies as well

في قَدَميْهِ ما يداويهِ
He has horns from fissures afflicting him
He has enemies with malice in them
in his feet; he does not treat them.
In his feet what will heal him
