ومَنْ سَرَّهُ ألا يرى ما يَسُوؤُهُ

ومَنْ سَرَّهُ ألا يرى ما يَسُوؤُهُ

فلا يَتَّخِذْ شيئاً يخاف له فقدا

فلا يَتَّخِذْ شيئاً يخاف له فقدا

And whoever would be glad not to see what grieves him,

Whoever wishes not to see what grieves him

Let him acquire nothing whose loss he fears.

Then let him take nothing that he fears to lose
